Therapy Specialist Cardiac Rhythm Management

Abbott è alla ricerca di un Therapy Specialist Cardiac Rhythm Management per la Regione Ticino e Svizzera orientale.
Responsabilità- Gestire autonomamente un'area regionale per quanto riguarda il servizio medico e tecnico, in accordo con il Regional Sales Manager.
- Supportare i colleghi responsabili delle vendite nell'analisi di mercato e nella pianificazione del fatturato.
- Raccolta e monitoraggio costante di tutti i potenziali clienti nell'area di vendita.
- Documentazione e monitoraggio dello stato dello sviluppo delle procedure di impianto / numero di procedure.
- Esecuzione del servizio necessario: corretta istruzione e accompagnamento del personale medico per quanto riguarda il follow-up dei pazienti con l'ausilio del programmatore, secondo le indicazioni del medico responsabile.
- Formazione del personale medico negli ospedali e studi medici (su pacemaker, defibrillatori, Loop Recorder, utilizzo del programmatore).
- Accompagnamento di studi clinici e test dei prodotti, come richiesto dal dipartimento tecnico.
- Partecipazione a workshop, congressi e simposi.
- Controllo delle scorte di prodotti nei magazzini in conto deposito presso i clienti.
- Aggiornamenti del software dei programmatori presso i clienti e programmazione dei dispositivi, inclusa la formazione dei pazienti.
- Laurea in discipline scientifiche o formazione clinica.
- Conoscenze generali in ambito medico e tecnico, idealmente anche in ambito di aritmologia.
- Capacità di spiegare concetti complessi e scientifici in modo comprensibile.
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative.
- Alto livello di iniziativa e flessibilità, oltre ad una marcata disponibilità a viaggiare per lavoro.
- Buona conoscenza di MS-Office.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese, la conoscenza del tedesco costituisce un titolo preferenziale.
