Brand Communications Assistant

The Brand Communications Assistant will contribute to enhancing the brand's visibility through strategic publicity efforts.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain and expand relationships with media and stylists to secure favorable press coverage.
- Pitch product, news stories, and features to targeted media outlets, increasing brand awareness.
- Collaborate closely with production and sales teams to deliver effective promotional activities.
- Compose high-quality press materials that accurately reflect the brand's image and values.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of media contacts, stylists, and influencers.
- Oversee seasonal press sample ordering and logistics, ensuring efficient shipping and packaging.
- Organize and store samples, preparing them for archiving.
- Respond to image requests from wholesale partners, delivering requested materials promptly.
- Coordinate ticket requests, write and distribute show invitations, print labels, and book couriers.
Additional Tasks:
- Support the development of look-book, e-commerce, and internal shoot content.
- Participate in external events, such as Paris sales PR Assets and Press Credits.
- Guarantee timely distribution of show tools to PR and sales teams following the show.
- Monitor and document press credits, maintaining an accurate log.
- Daily track online coverage, analyzing trends and opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing press and customer events, prioritizing the brand image.
Requirements:
- Full proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
This internship is located at our Headquarters in Zurich and does not allow for remote work or work-from-home arrangements.
