Senior Pricing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Strategist to join our team in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. As a key member of our pricing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing pricing strategies that support our business objectives.

• Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with our business goals and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and product management, to ensure effective price coordination and implementation.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
• Mine data and develop analytical tools to determine contribution margin and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management on factors affecting product prices and profitability.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in social science, research, marketing, or quantitative research.
• At least 5 years of experience in pricing strategy or a related field, preferably in an industrial company or analytics agency.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with expertise in pricing tools like PROS and Vendavo.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work effectively across diverse teams and departments.
• Knowledge of supply chain and production cost structures, as well as selling cycles and processes.

• A competitive salary range of CHF 120,000 - CHF 180,000 per year, depending on experience.
