Brand Manager Oncology Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to lead our Oncology Business Unit in Switzerland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving volume growth across oncology brands and indications in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities- People:
- Lead a high-performing team focused on delivering strong volume growth
- Drive clarity in prioritization to minimize bureaucracy and maximize impact
- Model Team Lilly behaviors to ensure teammates feel valued, cared for, and trusted
- Communicate effectively across Hub, IBU, and global partners to maximize team and patient needs
- Directly manage Associate Brand Manager and Marketing Trainees
- Patients:
- Operate with high integrity, complying with Lilly policies and procedures, external legal, and compliance requirements
- Develop external relationships with key stakeholders, including HCPs and other healthcare professionals
- Accountable for Swiss affiliate marketing strategy for oncology
- Develop clear customer plans focused on key drivers of patient outcomes and trade-offs to maximize impact
- Performance:
- Build omnichannel marketing plans to maximize the lifecycle of oncology brands and indications
- Lead the oncology franchise (Breast Cancer, RET, Hematology) for the Swiss affiliate, directly responsible for strategy and execution of Jaypirca, RET
- Develop and implement measurement plans to drive continuous improvement
- Develop insights from data to inform decision-making
- Drive acceleration or course corrections as needed to achieve/exceed planned results
- Pharmaceutical, marketing, sales, medical, or scientific education
- Oncology experience
- Strong track record of marketing and sales successes, with strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to conceptualize, plan, execute, and lead strategic marketing plans
- Capability to work with and build consensus among a wide range of partners, including affiliate, Hub, IBU, and global stakeholders
- Capability to drive change and performance
- Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills, able to inspire respect and trust from others
- Continually demonstrate Lilly's core values of excellence, integrity, and respect for people
- Prioritize and work under pressure to meet tight and competing deadlines
- Work effectively in a highly regulated and politically sensitive environment
