">About the Role
">As a Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect Lead, you will lead the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and technical requirements.
">You will drive the implementation of M365 best practices, particularly regarding Governance, Compliance, and Security.
">You will develop and maintain comprehensive architectural blueprints and documentation for Microsoft 365 environments.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions">
- Oversight of Azure Entra Management within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem">
- Secure and efficient access management, identity governance, and compliance processes">
- Continuous monitoring and optimization of Azure Entra performance, governance, and security frameworks">
- Proactive management and monitoring of the Microsoft 365 Message Center">
- Communication of relevant changes and updates to stakeholders">
- Development of strategies to leverage new M365 features and enhancements">
- Technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the IT team and other stakeholders">
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops">
- Stay current with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies">
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement">
- Identification of opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality in M365 solutions">
- Provide advanced support for Microsoft 365-related issues">
- Collaboration with Microsoft support and other third-party vendors as needed">
Requirements
">Essential Qualifications:
">Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
">Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions.
">Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and related technologies.
">Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 products such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
">Proven experience in identity and access management, security, and compliance within Microsoft environments.
">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
">Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
">Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
