Salary range: CHF 190,000 - 230,000 yearly gross.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Category Management professional to join our team at Salary Atlas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily procurement activities, interfacing with business owners and suppliers.

You will execute sourcing projects using client systems, adhering to policies and procedures. Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is also essential.

  • Draft and negotiate contracts based on client terms.
  • Support and run RFx, eAuctions, and manage events in e-sourcing tools.

You should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in related sourcing categories, understanding of sourcing processes and best practices, and experience with Procurement tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Achieving C1/C2 or native level proficiency in English and German languages is required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are necessary, as well as excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in related sourcing categories.
  • Understanding of sourcing processes and best practices.
  • Experience with Procurement tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
