About the Role

We're seeking an IT Security Architect to safeguard our entire IT landscape and ensure the application of governance, guiding principles, and overall alignment. You'll collaborate closely with our IT Cyber Security team to develop and maintain security architecture governance frameworks, aligning with organizational guidelines and industry standards, including ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive security architecture documentation, including threat models, security controls, and risk assessments.
  • Lead architectural security gates for new projects, ensuring comprehensive security reviews and approvals before Go Live.
  • Support the design and conceptualization of security aspects for all applications, platforms, and services.
  • Lead the implementation of security solutions, ensuring effective integration and functionality.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of security architectures, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare and present security architecture reports to stakeholders, including executive management.
  • Document and track security incidents and resolutions to continuously improve security posture.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • IT Security background and relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CSSLP, MAS/CAS Information Security, or TOGAF are highly desirable.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a leadership role overseeing cloud-based platforms, preferably in a DevOps environment.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform), M365, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise-level platforms.
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and good integration knowledge across SAP.
  • Fluent in English; German is an asset.
