We're seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our team and play a key role in shaping the user experience of our cloud-based dentistry applications (DS Core).
In this role, you will lead research initiatives to uncover deep insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points, driving the development of innovative solutions that empower dental practitioners and enhance dental care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute research studies to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into the design and development process.
- Use research data to inform and influence product design and development decisions.
- Support research planning and contribute to prioritizing research activities based on project needs and timelines.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in dental care, applying new knowledge to improve research practices and contribute to innovative design solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of UX research experience in an industry setting, with a demonstrated ability to lead research initiatives and influence product strategy.
- A proven track record of leading impactful UX research initiatives and driving user-centered design within organizations.
- Experience working with a global multi-disciplinary team of UX professionals, Product/Solution Managers, and Architects/technical leads throughout the design process.
