Job Title: Client Advisor

WIPO is seeking a highly skilled Client Advisor to join our team in Madrid. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their trademark portfolios are administered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients in managing their trademark portfolios, including analyzing needs and challenges, maintaining liaison, and providing guidance and training as required.
  • Process service requests, including formality examination, classification examination, and solving irregularities.
  • Analyze and recommend the optimization of processes and procedures of examination and customer service practice to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience.
  • Keep abreast of IT development plans and provide inputs to strengthen business expertise.
  • Research and propose opportunities for improvement of services and tools.
  • Analyze and document knowledge and skillset requirements and propose training needs for continuous improvement of knowledge base; facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Participate in seminars, trainings, and other events as required.
Requirements:
  • First-level university degree.
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience in the area of trademarks.
  • Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English.
  • Knowledge of other official UN languages or languages of major user countries of the Madrid System is desirable.
