Job Title: Spares Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spares Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Pilatus Flugzeugwerke AG. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing and coordination of spare parts orders from our subsidiaries and service centers.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing and coordinating spare parts orders from our subsidiaries and service centers.
  • Monitoring the availability of spare parts within our global network.
  • Responding to queries related to spare parts.
  • Interfacing with internal departments such as logistics, procurement, accounting, export compliance, and engineering.
  • Processing spare parts offers.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A technical or commercial education.
  • Customer service experience, particularly in aviation (an advantage).
  • Experience with ERPs, preferably SAP.
  • An English language proficiency level of B2.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and take ownership of your work, while naturally managing your stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently while being a team player.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately CHF 70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you can expect flexible working hours and individual pension solutions, as well as support for training and opportunities for personal and professional development.
