Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Performance & Analytics Specialist to join our Business Insights Hub in Switzerland. As a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, you will enable data-driven decision-making across all channels and functions by providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on sales performance data and consumer behavior to drive strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distribution channels and other core functions.
- Conduct regular business performance reviews with distribution channels to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive collaboration.
- Present insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance and support on data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure insights are shared and utilized across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Ensure proper technical setup and support system-migration and adaptations to reporting landscape.
- Train and mentor end users on report consumption, analytics techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in analytics to ensure the team remains at the forefront of business performance analysis.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Management or applied Analytics with specific interest in Data.
- Proven experience in Business Analytics or related field.
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations based on sales performance and consumer behavior analysis.
- Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting business reviews and managing relationships with stakeholders.
- Advanced level in Power BI or similar self-service BI tool.
- Experience with Snowflake and Google Analytics is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in SQL is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry and solid understanding of market dynamics and trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and French or German.
