Our unique biological manufacturing and development concept in Visp, Switzerland, offers a complete product lifecycle of a biopharmaceutical – from preclinical to commercial stages, from drug substance to drug product, all in one location. This concept is comprised of three offerings: IbexTM Design, IbexTM Develop, and IbexTM Dedicate, which have been developed in response to a dynamic market and evolving needs.

We are currently seeking students who would like to do an internship or write a thesis linked to the pharmaceutical industry. This exciting opportunity allows you to become part of our team and contribute to the development of innovative biopharmaceutical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting technology transfers of biopharmaceutical processes
  • Technical and scientific support to achieve robust and efficient production processes
  • Focus on downstream processing
  • Collaboration with manufacturing
  • Supporting process validation
  • Supporting deviations management and changes
  • Preparation of the required GMP compliant documentation

Qualifications & Skills required:

  • University student (engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology or related field)
  • Very good communication skills
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio)
  • Fluent English language skills and basic German language skills
