Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage a portfolio of predominantly residential properties
  • Plan and lead condominium association meetings
  • Act as a point of contact for property owners, property managers, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Develop and oversee the annual budget, including forecasts and monitor and control creditor relationships
  • Implement changes to rental agreements, rent adjustments, and index-linked rent adjustments

Requirements

  • Completed commercial basic education
  • Several years of experience in property management
  • Further education as a property manager with a professional certificate
  • German, additional languages a plus
  • Category B driving license
