Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our client, a major player in the manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, maintaining and supporting Level 2 & 3 IT infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer, maintain and support cloud, virtual servers, backups, telecom and mobility systems.
  • Lead the Service Desk team, setting priorities and ensuring top-notch end-user support.
  • E nsure IT operations adhere to company processes to meet SLA and organisational objectives.
  • Enhance end-user experience, system availability and performance in line with company SLA and KPIs.
  • Analyse, design and implement new technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain IT documentation, including inventories, diagrams and procedures.
  • Gather requirements and successfully manage IT infrastructure projects (software and hardware).
  • Define and maintain the IT infrastructure project roadmap.
  • Manage external service providers, ensuring they meet company expectations.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to remote affiliates for IT infrastructure installation and maintenance.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT professional who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including team management.
  • Proficiency in French and English; German is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of networking, cloud infrastructure and hardware administration.
  • Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (MD365).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to analyse, design and implement technical solutions.
