We are seeking a highly skilled Security Architect to join our team at Experis Switzerland. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing secure infrastructure and cloud architecture solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Enhancement: Contribute to the technical enhancement of traditional network solutions (LAN, ToIP/VoIP, WLAN, WAN, Data Center) as well as new Cloud solutions, SDWAN, Software Defined (SDN), and overlay technologies.
- Cybersecurity Mesh Architecture: Design the Cybersecurity Mesh Architecture (CSMA) to ensure robust security measures are in place.
- Architecture Documentation: Independently create architecture documentation such as High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Change Management: Manage changes as part of the security initiative and oversee architecture evolutions, including training for operations teams, monitoring, and maintenance, while providing Level 3 support to the operations teams.
- Expertise in ZTNA and CSMA: Extensive expertise in ZTNA and CSMA architectures and the following environments:
- Cisco
- Operating Systems (Linux and Windows)
- Networking (L2, L3, LB, FW, WAF)
- Cloud (Azure AD, Microsoft ENTRA ID, LDAP, HTTPS, DNS, Docker, Containers/Kubernetes)
- Security and Authentication Services (IAM, SSO, MFA, PKI,...)

- Log Management, SIEM, SOC
- Storage/Backup
- F5 Big IP
- DDoS Protection
- Proxy/Reverse-Proxy

- Automation and API Security: Knowledge of automation with Terraform/Ansible and API security is a plus.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrate autonomy, good team organization, and mastery in managing complex and high-pressure situations.
- Master's Degree: Master's degree in Computer Science
- Experience and Certifications: 12 to 15 years of experience in secure infrastructure and cloud architecture, complemented by certifications such as CISSP-ISSAP, CASP+, CCNP, CCIE, CISM, CISA.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both German and Swiss German, written and spoken. Knowledge of English and French is a plus.
