Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Überwachung des Tagegeschäfts / Zweit-Visum bei speziellen Auszahlungsfällen
  • Ansprechperson für Anfragen und rechtliche Beratung von internen und externen Stellen (Client Operations und VIAC AG)
  • Selbständige Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Eingaben an Behörden (Stiftungsaufsicht, Grundbuchämter und Handelsregister)
  • Vorbereitung der Stiftungssitzung und den erforderlichen Unterlagen (z.B. Reglementsanpassungen)
  • Durchführung organisatorischer und konzeptioneller Arbeiten

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften (lic.jur. / MLaw) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • CH-Anwaltspatent von Vorteil
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Stiftungs- und Gesellschaftsrecht von Vorteil
  • Hohes Mass an Integrität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Deutschkenntnisse (Protokollführung), weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
