Key Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join our team in a biopharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will possess experience in scheduling within a regulated (GMP) environment and proficiency in project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage complex project schedules, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and adherence to GMP standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate project timelines and ensure alignment between engineering, operational, and compliance activities.
  • Monitor progress against project schedules, identifying potential risks or delays and proposing corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting critical path activities and potential bottlenecks.
