Technical Banking Expert for Avaloq System

We are a small, powerful and sustainably operating Swiss consulting firm in the field of health care and banking.
Estimated Salary$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for supporting our customers in adapting the Avaloq system to their specific needs and integrating surrounding systems. This includes independent implementation and programming/parameterization of solutions and operational issues, as well as creating solution sketches for business cases, parameterizing and implementing orders in Avaloq Script and PL/SQL, and supporting projects for our customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A degree in computer science at ETH, university, FH level or equivalent further training and extensive experience with Avaloq ACP/AFP (certification as well as project and operational experience).
- Experience as a developer in the banking environment, with analytical thinking skills, a structured and independent way of working, and a strong service and customer orientation.
- Technical know-how in the areas of IT architecture and API technology, and knowledge of open banking/API economics as well as financial services products and processes is an advantage.
- A good understanding of the web development stack is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a strong sense of responsibility, mobility, and readiness for project assignments in the office and with customers on site throughout Switzerland.
- Good English skills and business-fluent German skills (oral and written).
