Key Responsibilities- Develop and design analog RF circuits for UWB transceivers in CMOS technology, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Design and develop analog circuit blocks for integrated circuits in modern CMOS technologies, collaborating with the System and Digital team.
- Independently design and simulate circuit blocks (e.g. high-speed DAC, RF receivers), ensuring accurate and efficient results.
- Develop circuit concepts for new blocks, driving innovation and improving existing designs.
- Verify circuits at the module and system levels, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
- Document and review circuits and verification results, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Guide and mentor less experienced colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, preferably with specialization in Microelectronics.
- At least 9 years of experience in designing analog circuits, with a focus on RF circuits for wireless communication and preferably know-how in ADPLLs.
- Proficiency in using EDA tools such as Cadence.
- Strong mathematical, statistical, analytical, and conceptual skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Precise and clear documenting methodology with excellent written expression.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
