About the Role

Pictet is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our sustainability team, focusing on enhancing our reporting processes in compliance with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), EU Taxonomy reporting, and sustainability reporting requirements under the Swiss Civil Code.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Collect, analyze, and aggregate sustainability data from various internal teams and create required data to meet ESRS, EU Taxonomy, and Swiss Civil Code requirements.
  • Reporting: Assist in writing and editing sustainability reports, ensuring they meet regulatory guidelines and effectively communicate our sustainability initiatives and performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment with broader sustainability goals.
  • Process Documentation: Identify and implement process documentation, including improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our sustainability reporting.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Keep abreast of regulatory changes in sustainability reporting standards and advise on necessary adjustments to data collection and reporting practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business analysis, data management, or a related role in sustainability reporting.
  • Previous experience in financial services, particularly wealth and/or asset management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of corporate sustainability and environmental compliance.
  • Strong ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data and derive meaningful insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English), with the ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations in reports.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling data and drafting reports.
  • Familiarity with the CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, Swiss Civil Code, and other relevant sustainability reporting frameworks.
  • Effective organizational and project management skills to manage timelines and deliverables across multiple teams.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools, experience with sustainability reporting software is an advantage.
  • Must be resident in Switzerland.
