Job Summary

Hamilton is seeking an experienced International HR Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners on international HR projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Manage and improve the entire recruitment process
  • Establish and maintain networking relationships with recruiters and candidates

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar function
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English and German
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and general affinity for systems technology topics
  • Experience with Workday is a strong advantage
