Sales & Marketing Manager in Belgium & Luxembourg

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team in Belgium & Luxembourg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating sales activities in the region.

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies in agreement with the MT
  
• Managing key accounts and building strong relationships with clients
  
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base
  
• Overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals

• A flexible person who is willing to travel in BELUX and internationally (congresses)

• Optimally functioning in collaborating in small cross functional teams with a combination of Medical, Sales and Marketing
  
• Innovative mindset with a continuous improvement mindset
  
• Proficient in Dutch, French and English, both in oral and in written communications
