Overview

The Senior Lead will be responsible for leading the development of key footwear franchises within On's Court category, ensuring sustainable franchise brand management and product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and realize the holistic business strategy for the court lifestyle franchises.
  2. Strategically position and develop the product brand over the mid-term, partnering with key stakeholders in product creation, go-to-market, and sales.
  3. Own the distribution and segmentation strategy globally, overseeing core campaigns driving the product franchise forward.
  4. Partner with the product team to manage the product tree, ensuring efficiency and a sustainable product lifecycle.
  5. Build the brand personality globally, ensuring organizational understanding of the brand persona.
  6. Manage the business plan to progress and build new franchise iterations for future seasons.
  7. Partner with selected Key Accounts to drive volume and vision in the right direction.
  8. Build a long-term network of key individuals who carry the brand into cultural relevance.
  9. Partner with the global partnerships lead to decide on key collaborators.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in brand, go-to-market, or product management, ideally in fashion, sporting goods, or luxury industry; FTW franchise management experience is a plus.
  • Strong consumer understanding and ability to interpret insights against strategy.
  • A thorough understanding of sneaker market trends and consumer behavior in sports and fashion products.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Strong solution-oriented and positive mindset.
  • Positive and organized work ethic, with the ability to organize teams and processes cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
