Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Digital IC Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing embedded MCU/DSP systems, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the success of international projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Design and Development: Architect, implement, and benchmark MCU and DSP systems to meet the requirements of our customers.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on design methodologies and best practices.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development and product integration teams.
- Design Methodology: Contribute to the development of design methodologies and improve the overall design process.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in semiconductor product development, with expertise in embedded CPUs, AMBA bus protocols, and Verilog/SystemVerilog.
- Skills: Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Eligibility: Eligibility to work in Switzerland is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Leadership: Experience in project leadership and management.
- Design Expertise: Experience in designing CPU/MCU systems and knowledge of RTL to GDS flow.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming languages.
- Advanced Verification Methodology: Knowledge of advanced digital verification methodologies.
