Job Summary
EM Microelectronic-Marin SA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the Photolithography & Metrology Maintenance section within the IC Frontend Operations. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services to ensure the optimal performance of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
- Conduct regular equipment performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Process Team to identify key characteristics and develop targeted maintenance plans.
- Lead 8Ds and Task Forces to resolve equipment-related issues and improve overall maintenance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including procedures, checklists, and standards, to ensure compliance with our Quality System.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear and structured communication throughout the section and the Maintenance department.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous support and efficiency for maintenance interventions.
- Track and plan spare parts and service contracts costs to optimize maintenance budgets.
- Provide technical input on new equipment acquisitions and integrate them into the shopfloor until obsolescence management.
- Perform technological watch to improve maintenance efficiency and manufacturing performance.
