We are seeking a highly skilled UX Researcher to join our team in Zug, Switzerland. The successful candidate will play a key role in redefining User Interface and Product design to transform the Healthcare industry.
You will be part of an international group of researchers and designers who bring the voice of customers to the core of decisions by designing and enabling a seamless patient-centric experience across products and services.
The ideal candidate will have +4 years of experience in formative evaluations methods, including usability testing, and excellent presentation skills to communicate know-how effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify user profiles, tasks, hazard-related use scenarios, usability risks, and requirements
- Translate UX research insights into pleasant and efficient User Experiences
- Plan and execute formative usability studies
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers
