Als Head of Key Account Management bist du verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Betreuung unserer Schlüsselkunden. Du leitest ein Team von circa 25 Personen in Zürich und Lausanne und bist für die Installation von FELFEL Services, Retention und Upsales verantwortlich.
Deine Aufgaben- Mitarbeiterführung: Du leitest ein Team von circa 25 Personen in Zürich und Lausanne.
- Retention von B2B-Partnern: Du bist für die Retention von B2B-Partnern verantwortlich.
- Proaktiver Austausch mit Kunden: Du pflegst einen proaktiven Austausch mit Kunden und Entscheidungsträgern.
- Strategisches Reporting: Du erstellst regelmäßiges strategisches Reporting zu unserer Kundenbasis.
- Identifikation von Herausforderungen: Du identifizierst Herausforderungen und findest Lösungen.
- Qualitätskontrolle: Du überprüfst die Qualität unserer Leistungen.
- Troubleshooting: Du behebst Leistungsabweichungen.
- Umwandlung von Testkunden: Du umwandelt Testkunden in langfristige Partnerschaften.
- Vertragsverhandlungen: Du verhandelst Verträge mit Kunden.
- Penetration von B2C-Endnutzern: Du pflegst die Beziehungen zu B2C-Endnutzern.
- Tracking von B2C-Kunden: Du verfolgst die Aktivitäten von B2C-Kunden.
- Onboarding neuer Kunden: Du unterstützt neue Kunden bei der Einarbeitung.
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team: Du arbeitest mit dem Marketing-Team zusammen, um Kampagnen zu entwickeln.
- Ca. 5-10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von Firmenkundenbetreuungsteams.
- Starke Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Verhandlungssicherheit.
- Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen.
- Detailorientiert und diszipliniert bei administrativen Aufgaben.
- Starke Leadership Skills.
- Fähigkeit, Entscheidungsträger zu identifizieren und mit ihnen in Kontakt zu treten.
