Job Title: Junior Accountant & Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Accountant & Controller to join our team at Brüedelrin Partner. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing financial accounting, supporting financial statements, and participating in Controlling activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Accounting: Manage financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly bank reconciliations for subsidiary companies.
• Financial Statements: Support in quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as VAT returns.
• Controlling Activities: Participate in Controlling activities and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Front-Office Support: Assist Front-Office personnel with invoicing inquiries.
• ERP System Management: Handle project opening, processing, and closure in the ERP system.

Requirements:

• Education: Completed commercial training with further education in Finance and Accounting.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office products, particularly Excel. Knowledge of MS Dynamics Business Central / NavOne is a plus.
• Language Skills: Good verbal and written skills in German and English.
• Personal Qualities: Resilient, open-minded, reliable, and precise in work.
