ICT Infrastructure Specialist

Overview

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support to customers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and ticket system.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for logger support and INFRAPORT-related matters within the organization.
  • Convert and import data into INFRAPORT and serve as a central hub for related inquiries.
  • Offer training and presentation services on ZEROWATERLOSS, INFRAPORT, and TELL initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of new and existing services and products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with French and other languages being an asset.
  • Strong understanding of databases and interfaces.
  • Collaborative, open, and courteous attitude.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
