Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving

You should also have a finished apprenticeship in information technology or similar, or 2+ years of experience in technical support or desktop support. Additionally, you should be fluent in written and verbal communication in English and German.
