Job Description

We're looking for a seasoned Client Success Leader to join our team at DLG (Digital Luxury Group). As a key member of our account management team, you'll be responsible for leading client relationships across international strategic accounts.

Your primary focus will be on developing omnichannel strategies, activations, and campaigns that drive business results and exceed client expectations. You'll work closely with our Resource Manager to ensure that all project requests are sufficiently staffed and that members working on the accounts are sufficiently trained.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you'll need excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French, as well as strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the client relationship across international strategic accounts
  • Develop omnichannel strategies, activations, and campaigns that drive business results and exceed client expectations
  • Work closely with our Resource Manager to ensure that all project requests are sufficiently staffed and that members working on the accounts are sufficiently trained
  • Build strong and trusted relationships both with internal and external teams
  • Mentor and coach colleagues to deliver best-in-class activities under strong processes

Requirements

  • Account Management experience agency side (minimum 6+ years managing multiple digital marketing teams or accounts) with luxury brands
  • Experience in managing a wide range of digital projects, tasks, and programs (ideally including content development, SEO, UX, and UI, marketing automation / CRM, social media, performance marketing, eCommerce, and digital strategy)
  • Experience in developing revenue streams that deliver high gross profit margins
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
