About This Opportunity

Atrium Group AG is looking for an experienced Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in our luxury villas, ensuring a pleasant experience for our discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest areas and villa premises, including laundry facilities.
  • Respond promptly to client requests and provide exceptional service.
  • Manage inventory levels and restock as needed.
  • FOLLOW departmental policies and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Maintain and safeguard equipment to prevent inadequacies.
  • Report any damages or deficiencies to superiors.
  • Handle client information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Be willing to assist in other housekeeping department areas, including the main office.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues for daily coordination.
Requirements
  • Excellent housekeeping skills, preferably with experience at a 4- or 5-star hotel or private/personal villa for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI).
  • Skill in laundry practices, including textile and fabric care.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • High sense of responsibility and reliability.
  • Self-motivated with ability to maintain excellence with minimal supervision.
  • Customer-oriented with a friendly approach.
  • Good oral English and/or German language skills.
  • Valid driver's license would be an asset.
  • Must have eligibility to work in Switzerland.
