Technical Strategy Director

The Strategy Manager will lead and execute complex strategic initiatives, influence organizational design, and manage cost-effectiveness to support the long-term goals of a leading banking services provider.

• Develop and drive the strategic agenda for the Technology & Operations organization, ensuring alignment with group-wide ambitions.
• Lead cross-departmental initiatives, including the formulation of strategies and multi-year transformation roadmaps in collaboration with department heads.
• Shape the target operating model (including organizational structure and processes) to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the unit.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A university degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent academic/work experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in consulting, financial services, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in wealth management.
• Proven experience in IT strategy development, organizational design, target operating model definition, and cost management.
• Strong analytical and structured approach, with the ability to synthesize complex topics and communicate them effectively to senior stakeholders.
