Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Founder & CEO, assisting in advancing various strategic initiatives focused on business development and growth.
  • Support the implementation of business strategies, including market analysis, partner management, and customer success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and quality control across key departments.

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in French and English, tailored to the Swiss Romandie region, and excellent problem-solving skills. They should be self-driven, detail-oriented, and precise in their work.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International/General Management, Health Sciences or similar.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience (internships included).
  • Open to travel, particularly to the Romandie region, as required for the role.
