Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge procurement strategies for Global IT, aligning with Autoliv's objectives and goals.
  • Identify and evaluate top-tier suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods and services.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on sourcing options and best practices.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Lead and mentor junior procurement team members, sharing your expertise and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT sourcing, with a proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and related technologies, with familiarity in state-of-the-art sourcing strategies like e-auctions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently in a matrix organization, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sourcing, with experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management. They will also have a strong understanding of IT services and related technologies, with familiarity in state-of-the-art sourcing strategies like e-auctions.
