Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive respiratory discovery strategy, aligning with our company's mission and goals.
- Lead the establishment of project strategies from target idea to discovery and development phases, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to project leaders, focusing on project strategy, scientific rationale, competitive fit, and feasibility.
- Promote and develop new research areas, technologies, and programs, both internally and through business development opportunities.
- Serve as a key liaison between teams, fostering collaboration and driving innovation.
