About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for supporting the Front Office in the new client adoption and account maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Front Office to ensure seamless client onboarding and account maintenance processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous assessment and improvement of the client onboarding process, identifying areas for enhancement and proposing actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor and track account opening and maintenance processes, proactively following up with Front Office teams to ensure timely resolution of related issues.
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting on account opening processes, defining and tracking improvement actions to optimize efficiency.
  • Participate in periodic projects aimed at sharing expertise and contributing to the development of new processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of client documentation and regulations in the Swiss banking sector.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and ensure accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Financial Services, with a focus on new client adoption and account maintenance, preferably in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of Avaloq and Appway is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRS and FATCA regulations is also highly desirable.
  • Excellent command of English, with French being a plus.
