Cleaning Validation Specialist

**About the Role**
The Cleaning Validation Specialist will be responsible for owning cleaning validation activities for assigned biological assets at the Lonza site. This role includes preparation of validation documents and support of execution, presentation of cleaning validation topics in audits and inspections, and tight collaboration with operations and quality to ensure successful and on-time validation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare equipment cleaning validation documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Lead the execution of equipment cleaning validations, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Support the development and implementation of cleaning validation processes, procedures, and templates in collaboration with site and global functions.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, and develop risk-based approaches to cleaning validation.
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality to ensure smooth delivery of work packages and ensure alignment with company goals.
Key Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Biotechnology or a related science field, or Bachelor's degree with relevant industry experience.
- Intermediate previous experience working in the biotech industry, with a strong understanding of GMP regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills, including risk management skills, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
