Risk Management and Compliance Specialist

Aiglon College, a renowned international boarding school in Switzerland, is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management and Compliance Specialist to join their team from January 2025. This key role will support the Director of Compliance and the COO/CFO in maintaining a robust risk management and compliance system, enabling the school's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk register, collaborating with risk owners across the school to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
  • Produce regular risk dashboards and analytical reports for various stakeholders, ensuring timely and informed decision-making.
  • Organize and conduct internal audits and training sessions to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will assist the school's data protection officer with data protection processes and collaborate with the Director of Compliance on developing and maintaining a register of applicable regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in risk management and compliance. They will also be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

Aiglon College offers a competitive salary, including an estimated €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits, including free accident and loss of salary insurance, comprehensive social security benefits, and generous pension and leave entitlements.
