As a Global Plan Manager, you will play a highly critical role in ensuring smooth client service delivery. Your end-to-end responsibility will span the lifecycle of equity and deferred plan administration, encompassing plan and process management.

Key tasks include day-to-day plan and data maintenance on the administration platform EquatePlus for assigned corporate client relationships and processes.

You will provide Service Delivery for all clients, including participant request handling via ticket and email, and participant communications.

Your ability to ensure quality of operational and technical services within the Compliance and Risk framework will be crucial.

  • 3-5 years of experience in banking mid/back-office or a similar function
  • Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training in a financial institution
  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2/C1 level and above)
  • Ability to work well with others and develop effective working relationships with various teams and line/functional managers
  • Self-starter with high energy level, working effectively as a team player
  • Ability to handle high volume in a fast-paced environment
  • Great organizational skills and hand-on pragmatic approach
  • Problem-solving skills, maintaining strong focus on timelines
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Understanding of deferred compensations & benefits and pension schemes (advantageous)
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
