We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide essential support to our Privat Equity Health & Life team. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, conferences, and calls
  • Book travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and handle logistics
  • Process expense reports, review, and maintain accurate records
  • Review, format, and assemble investment documents and presentations
  • Maintain and update internal data, contact information, and databases
  • Coordinate events, conferences, and interviews for the team
  • Provide administrative support, answer phones, and screen callers
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience supporting executive management
  • Relevant degree with experience, proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work proactively, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail
