We are seeking a highly skilled Event Manager to join our Collaborations & Event team at JC New Retail AG. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating all events within the P&C Group, including openings, launch events, insider events, POS roadshows, and sale nights.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement event strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
- Coordinate and negotiate partnerships with lifestyle brands to create unique and engaging events.
- Design and optimize events to inspire and retain customers, aligning with the company's brand and marketing goals.
- Plan and monitor the event calendar to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
- Act as a key interface between marketing, purchasing, sales, and external event agencies to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Analyze event performance against pre-defined KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement and long-term success.
- Completed studies in event management, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in event management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG retail.
- Experience in negotiating partnerships and managing event agencies.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Fluent in German and English.
