Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Tender Desk Specialist to join our team in Zurich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing the end-to-end administration of tenders, responding to national and international RFPs, and providing market information to our clients.
">The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the field, with a proven track record of hands-on execution. They will also have proven leadership in administrative matters and process improvement, with experience in setting up standardized processes and structures.

- Respond to national and international RFPs;">
- Provide market information to clients;">
- Create compelling customer presentations;">
- Assist in delivering presentations;">
- Communicate effectively with various internal and external interfaces;">
- Perform translations (German-English/English-German);">
- Coordinate the preparation of national and international reports regarding key accounts;">
- Evaluate sales tracking tools and report on important information impacting the market;">
Requirements

- Native German speaker and fluent in English;">
