We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Le Grand Bellevue, a luxury hotel in Gstaad.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
  • Ensuring compliance with all quality standards and hygiene regulations
  • Coordinating and assisting with regular deep cleaning tasks
  • Managing the Housekeeping team and delegating tasks as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our guests and colleagues
  • Training and developing new employees
  • Assisting the Gouvernante Générale with her responsibilities on her days off

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel environment
  • Strong team spirit and personal responsibility
  • Attention to detail and a well-groomed appearance
  • Language skills in two different languages
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
