Your Main Responsibilities- Compliance & Certification: Review electrical systems, designs and specifications to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Project Management: Manage STC projects and coordinate with regulatory agencies to achieve certification.
- Technical Documentation: Verify and approve engineering documents, test plans, and certification reports related to design changes and modifications.
- Regulatory Coordination: Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and coordinate their needs.
- Testing & Verification: Conduct ground and flight tests witnessing, including conformity checks.
- Risk & Safety Management: Participate in flight test preparation activities, such as Flight Test Hazard assessments or Safety Review Board meetings.
- Technical Advisor: Provide expertise to engineers on compliance issues and recommend qualified subcontractors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Integrate compliance into design processes through collaboration with quality, production, and supply chain stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to developing and maintaining Design Organisation Approvals procedures.
