We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Career Business Partner.

About the Role

This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to supporting the career development of our students.

As a Career Business Partner, you will play a key role in guiding students through their academic and professional journey, providing personalized career advice, dynamic training workshops, and strategic support.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide career coaching to help students prepare for the job market, including CV writing, interview skills, and career strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver career coaching programs tailored to meet the needs of our students.
  • Design and lead dynamic workshops on topics such as resume building, interview techniques, and career planning.
  • Provide one-on-one guidance to students on academic choices, further studies, and career paths.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate key student programs and events.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Career Guidance, Professional Advice, or related field.
  • Significant experience in career counseling or student development, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Proven skills in providing career advice and leading training sessions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with diverse students.
  • Deep knowledge of the professional world and extensive experience in the industry.
