Medical Technology Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Medical Technology Project Manager to lead multiple projects in the medical technology sector. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for managing engineering and manufacturing projects, as well as cultivating long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of medical device projects, from precision sensors to 3D printed components for robotic surgery. You will have access to senior management and enjoy a collaborative work environment.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in engineering, preferably in biomedical, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering. You should also have experience working with CAD systems, such as Solidworks, and be proficient in reading and creating technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers, understanding their technical requirements and providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Work closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments, applying this expertise to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Microtechnology, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, product and process design.
  • Engineering experience in medical devices is essential, with additional experience in aerospace and industrial manufacturing an advantage.
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
