Page Group Switzerland is an international company seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst - HR Division to join our team for 4 months on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have proven experience in process documentation, HR operations, or business process analysis. You will be able to translate complex HR processes into clear, structured documentation and work effectively with HR Operations, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and HRIS teams to gather insights and accurately document processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document HR Processes: Capture and detail end-to-end HR workflows and procedures.
  • Create Process Maps: Develop and maintain process maps, task descriptions, risk matrices, and improvement logs.
  • Standardize Documentation: Ensure all documentation follows best practices and is standardized.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with HR Operations, CoEs, and HRIS teams to gather insights and accurately document processes.
  • Conduct Interviews: Participate in interviews and walkthroughs with local HR teams.
  • Ensure Consistency: Align processes across regions and business units.
  • Maintain Documentation Framework: Update documentation as HR policies and systems evolve.
  • Recommend Improvements: Identify inefficiencies and suggest automation, simplification, or standardization.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in process documentation, HR operations, or business process analysis.
  • Skills: Ability to translate complex HR processes into clear, structured documentation.
  • Tools: Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
