Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation and Management
- Manage and organize food preparation for our à la carte restaurant Delta and hotel restaurant
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and materials
- Team Leadership and Development
- Lead and motivate a team of culinary staff to achieve high standards of quality and service
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Quality Control and Assurance
- Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and food legislation
