About the Role

As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and supporting strategic pricing initiatives within our Group Sales Excellence team.

We are seeking an experienced professional to enhance pricing methodologies, oversee pricing processes globally, develop and optimize pricing solutions, conduct in-depth data analysis, and establish governance frameworks.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders across sales and marketing organizations to ensure market requirements are accurately reflected.

Responsibilities
  • Pricing Methodology: Develop and refine pricing models, manage pricing escalations, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure market requirements are met.
  • Pricing Process and Tools: Leverage advanced price management tools and technologies to automate processes and enhance decision-making. Oversee price setting and quote processes within pricing tool, ERP, and CRM systems.
  • Monitoring and Analysis: Develop a comprehensive pricing analysis framework and conduct thorough monitoring of pricing performance metrics (KPIs) consistently. Perform scenario analysis of pricing strategies and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Governance: Implement and enforce governance frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance with established pricing processes. Address deviations promptly and provide clear guidance to sales and marketing teams to maintain alignment.
  • Training: Lead pricing training program for sales and marketing teams, ensuring they can effectively apply pricing strategies using tools and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, finance, or a similar business role, preferably within B2B manufacturing or distribution business environments, with expertise in pricing models and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of pricing and revenue management.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams, including executives and sales and marketing leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in German or French is desirable. Any other language is a plus.
  • Ability to structure data analysis in Excel, utilize PowerBI, and create compelling presentations in PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce and SAP is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, as required.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between CHF 80,000 - CHF 120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
